Qualifications

• 2+ years of PQE in employment and workplace relations law.
• Experience in public sector employment law or keen to develop in this space.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex workplace relations and safety matters.
• Work with Commonwealth Government clients and private sector organisations.
• Assist with investigations, regulatory compliance and disputes; manage matters with supervision.
• Develop specialist expertise with mentoring and a clear career progression path.
