The Motor Trade Association SA/NT (MTA) is the peak body representing the automotive retail, service and repair industry in South Australia and the Northern Territory. Our 1,300 members span publicly listed vehicle dealerships, through to independent mechanical repair workshops, service stations and automotive dismantlers. The WHS Advisor plays a vital role in safeguarding the physical and psychological safety and wellbeing of all personnel across MTA sites. Reporting to the General Counsel and Workplace Relations Manager, this role leads the delivery of WHS systems, injury management, emergency preparedness, and safety culture initiatives across both staff and apprentice populations, including engagement with host employers.
