Job summary

Cunextseason is seeking a Whitsundays Deckhand for full-time work on island day tours. The role requires energy and prior deck experience to support safety and operations on the water.

Candidates must be able to drive small outboard vessels, supervise snorkel activities, and hold current first aid and a recreational marine driver's license. A minimum commitment of three months is preferred.

Qualifications

• Energetic and experienced crew member for a minimum of three months on Whitsunday island tours.
• Proficient at driving small outboard powered vessels.
• Experience conducting snorkel watch.
• Current First Aid and recreational marine driver's license are minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist on deck during day tours around the Whitsunday islands.
• Operate and navigate small outboard vessels safely.
• Monitor snorkel activities and ensure passenger safety.
• Support crew with general deck duties and safety procedures.
