Job summary

Apex Masonry in Maryborough, Australia is seeking a WHS & Insurance Coordinator for a full-time role on a Monday to Friday schedule. You will coordinate vehicle administration, manage insurance claims, and support Health & Safety compliance across day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes organisation, communication, record-keeping and collaboration with management and external providers to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with insurance claims, administration or WHS is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company car servicing, maintenance, registrations and inspections
• Manage insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
• Liaise with insurers, repairers, service providers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records, registers and documentation
• Assist with WHS administration, incident reporting and compliance activities
• Coordinate communication with external WHS advisors
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management
