Job summary

Dayforce is seeking early-career professionals to join our Services Consulting team as a Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant Sr. You will work with enterprise clients to implement Dayforce HCM—focusing on time, attendance, scheduling, and labor rules that impact how organizations manage their people.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in HR, business operations, scheduling, retail leadership, or workforce administration.
• Recent graduate from a business or technical program who wants to blend people, process, and software.
• Experience in client-facing, analytical, or support roles ready to pivot into implementation-focused career.
• Problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and loves understanding how systems work.

Responsibilities

• Implement Dayforce Workforce Management modules for enterprise customers across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand time tracking, scheduling, compliance, and labor policies.
• Design, configure, and test WFM solutions meeting client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business challenges into structured software-based solutions with documentation.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify root causes and resolution paths.
• Participate in client workshops, design reviews, and testing cycles.
• Grow platform knowledge and consulting toolkit through on-project mentorship and formal training.
