Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in West Hoxton is seeking an Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educator for a part-time role (20-22 hours, 4 days a week: Mon Tue Wed Fri). You will support children with additional needs, facilitate group learning, and work within a collaborative team to ensure high care and learning standards.

The role requires relevant ECE qualification, WWC Check, and a commitment to the National Quality Framework and EYLF. A supportive centre with development opportunities is provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA approved.
• Experience working with children with additional needs.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Familiar with NQF, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

About you:

• Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved)
• Experiences working withchildren with additional needs
• Current Working with Children Check
• Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
