Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in Kurri Kurri, NSW, seeks an Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educator for a part-time role (4 days/week, 6-hour shifts). You will support children with additional needs and facilitate engaging learning experiences within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA approved.
• Experience with children with additional needs is preferred.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework (NQF, NQS, EYLF).
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Early Childhood Educator - Inclusion Support Program

We are seeking an Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educator to join our established team in our Kurri Kurri service.

About the role:

• Support the inclusion of children with additional needs
• Part-time role - 4 days per week, 6 hour shifts.

• Maintain effective communication with the parents throughout the service
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
• Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment

• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times

About you:

• Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved)
• Experiences working withchildren with additional needs
• Current Working with Children Check
• Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
