BlueCare, part of the UnitingCare Family, is seeking a Wellness Partner to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing with person-centred programs at Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility. The role involves delivering tailored activities, building relationships with residents and families, and collaborating with care teams to enhance quality of life.

Requirements include a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, a current Queensland Driver Licence, willingness to drive a 12-seater

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent.
• Current Queensland Driver Licence or equivalent.
• Willing to drive 12 seater bus.
• Experience facilitating group and individual activities in aged care, community or disability settings.
• Understanding of person-centred practice, dementia care and cultural safety.
