Qualifications

• Registered health professional with appropriate governing body.
• Postgraduate qualification in psychiatric/mental health nursing for RN applicants.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mental health settings.
• Experience in clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Therapeutics and Wellbeing Services to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and compliance with mental health legislation.
• Promote a therapeutic environment that supports psychosocial rehabilitation and community reintegration.
• Manage staffing, rosters, performance development, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, allied health, peer workers, and external agencies.
• Drive continuous improvement, service innovation, and consumer engagement.
• Ensure culturally safe and trauma-informed care practices.
• Support staff wellbeing and foster a positive team culture.
