Job summary

Bayside Health in Frankston, Victoria, seeks a Manager for Therapeutics and Wellbeing Services to provide clinical and operational leadership across wellness clinics and therapy services. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure governance and safety, and drive service improvement within the community mental health program.

The role requires eligible professional registration, leadership experience in mental health, and a current Victorian Driver Licence.

Qualifications

• Registration with the relevant professional body or eligibility for membership.
• Postgraduate qualification in psychiatric/mental health nursing (RN applicants).
• Demonstrated leadership in mental health, community or residential settings.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision.
• Current Victorian Driver Licence.
• Knowledge of Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and related practice legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Therapeutics and Wellbeing Services to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
• Oversee clinical governance, risk management, and compliance with mental health legislation.
• Promote a therapeutic environment that supports psychosocial rehabilitation and community reintegration.
• Manage staffing, rosters, performance development, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, allied health, peer workers, and external agencies.
• Drive continuous improvement, service innovation, and consumer engagement.
