Job summary

Y Community School is expanding with a junior campus in Epping and seeks a Wellbeing Specialist to deliver intensive Tier 3 support for Years 7–9 students. You will work closely with the Wellbeing Leader, staff and families to case manage high-need students and implement targeted interventions from day one.

You will help create a safe, inclusive environment, with collaboration across internal and external professionals. This full-time role commences Term 1 2027 at the junior campus in Epping.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Tier 3 wellbeing support for students with complex needs.
• Ability to respond to critical incidents to ensure safety and support.
• Understanding of Tier 1-3 systems and case managing high-level needs.
• Current Working with Children Check and Police Checks.

Responsibilities

• Case manage students with high-level needs and coordinate targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with Wellbeing Leader, school staff, external professionals and families.
• Help build a safe, inclusive environment where every student feels seen.
• Play a key role in launching and growing the junior campus wellbeing program.
