Millennium Services Group is seeking a proactive Health and Safety Advisor to promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace legislation. You will work with managers, supervisors and employees to improve health, safety and wellbeing across the business, while visiting sites and coordinating early interventions for safer workplaces.

Formación

• Experience in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisory or similar position.
• Cert IV WHS or Diploma preferred.
• RRTWC course preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice and support on health, safety and wellbeing across relevant business units.
• Identify and coordinate incident, hazard and near-miss investigations based on risk.
• Develop tailored Return to Work plans with injured employees and health practitioners.
• Collaborate with insurers and WorkSafe to facilitate safe return to pre-injury duties.
• Attend medical case conferences and coordinate early interventions to promote recovery.
• Guide managers on injury prevention, reasonable adjustments and safe RTW strategies.
• Maintain compliance and accuracy in claims and injury management systems.
• Upskill supervisors and account managers to support recovery.
• Track progress and prepare reports to improve workplace safety.
• Lead training, risk assessments, safety walks, contractor reviews and audits.
