Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in counselling, psychology, or youth work.
• Experience working with young people with trauma or mental health concerns.
• Knowledge of adolescent development and trauma-informed practices.
• Ability to liaise with families, healthcare professionals and staff.
• Commitment to self-care, boundaries, and professional supervision.

Responsabilités

• Lead the wellbeing team and coordinate school-based wellbeing programs.
