Job summary

Renaissance Care is seeking a Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) for the Wyndwell Care Home on bank shifts. You will design personalised activities to improve residents' wellbeing, working with staff, residents and relatives to provide meaningful engagement.

The candidate should have care experience and be able to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£12.37) and benefits including learning and development, PVG checks and progression

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment and preferably in an organisational role with managing finances.
• Compassionate and committed to high-quality care.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Identify what is important to residents and design personalised activities to improve wellbeing.
• Lead a mix of group and individual sessions and support staff to maintain activities.
• Work with residents, staff and relatives to ensure inclusive activities and meaningful engagement.
