Cardijn College Marian Campus in Noarlunga Downs, SA, seeks an experienced Wellbeing Coordinator (Counsellor) to lead student wellbeing services and provide professional counselling across Years 7–12. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Campus, you will develop and deliver wellbeing initiatives and oversee complex case management.
You will collaborate with school leaders, families and external agencies to enhance student outcomes while maintaining high-quality support for students and their families.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Wellbeing Coordinator (Counsellor) to lead counselling and wellbeing services at our Marian Campus (Years 7-12). This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a qualified counselling professional who is committed to supporting the emotional, social and educational success of young people.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Campus, the Wellbeing Coordinator provides leadership of student wellbeing services and delivers professional counselling support to students experiencing a range of social, emotional and learning challenges.
Working collaboratively with school leaders, educators, families and external agencies, you will lead the development and delivery of wellbeing initiatives, oversee complex case management, and contribute to strategic wellbeing practices that enhance student outcomes across the campus.
This role combines direct counselling responsibilities with leadership of the wellbeing function, ensuring high-quality support services are provided to students and families.
You will be a highly experienced counselling professional with strong leadership capability and a deep commitment to supporting young people.
