Job summary

Cardijn College Marian Campus in Noarlunga Downs, SA, seeks an experienced Wellbeing Coordinator (Counsellor) to lead student wellbeing services and provide professional counselling across Years 7–12. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Campus, you will develop and deliver wellbeing initiatives and oversee complex case management.

You will collaborate with school leaders, families and external agencies to enhance student outcomes while maintaining high-quality support for students and their families.

Qualifications

• University qualifications in Counselling or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Wellbeing Team and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate counselling and wellbeing services across the Marian Campus.
• Manage wellbeing resources and budgets in consultation with relevant leaders.
• Contribute to development and review of wellbeing policies and strategic priorities.
• Support staff managing students at risk through wellbeing programs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and case documentation.
