Whiddon in Grafton is seeking a Wellbeing and Care Support Officer on a permanent part-time basis to help promote the emotional and physical wellbeing of residents and support their independence. You will plan and implement activities, learn residents’ life stories, collaborate with Care Home leaders, and contribute to a caring, respectful community.

Applicants should hold a Cert IV in Leisure and Health (or be willing to undertake) and be prepared to join a not-for-profit family that values its

• Creative and engaging approach to wellbeing activities.
• Ability to plan and run programs that enhance resident wellbeing.
• Willingness to undertake further study if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities and programs for residents.
• Get to know residents' personalities and life experiences to tailor activities.
• Collaborate with Care Home leaders to promote wellbeing and mobility.
