Job summary

Whiddon in Grafton is seeking a Part-time Home Care Worker to support elderly clients in their homes. You will provide domestic assistance, social support, transportation, meal prep, personal care and medication services, visiting clients in Grafton and surrounds.

The role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care (or underway), current first aid and CPR, and a insured car with a valid license. We offer flexible shifts and strong team support within a not-for-profit family environment.

Qualifications

Must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care (or be in the process of obtaining qualification).
Current First Aid and CPR are required.
Owns insured car and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Transportation, Meal Preparation, Personal Care and Medication services to clients in their homes.
Visit clients in Grafton and surrounding areas.
Work with flexible shifts to suit personal schedule and client needs.
