Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking trade qualified boilermaker/welders for a short-term, on-site engagement in NSW and QLD. Must hold AS 2214 as a minimum; QA/QC experience required; AS 1796 Cert 10 advantageous; confined space required.

Responsibilities include welding inspection, weld mapping, MDR development, document review, weld procedure development, and welder qualification; NDT and PWHT coordination with third-party inspection.

Qualifications

• Must be trade qualified boilermaker/welder with AS 2214 as a minimum.
• QA/QC experience is required.

Power station experience advantageous.

AS 1796 Cert 10 adventagous.

Confined space required.

Tasks & responsibilities

Welding inspection, weld mapping, MDR development, Document review, Weld procedure development, Welder qualification. NDT and PWHT coordination, Third Party inspection. Works include Structural steel and pressure equipment from hand rails through to mining equipment and boilers.

Roles are onsite in NSW and QLD.

Short term engagement for up to ten weeks.
