Job summary

Sydney Maintenance Services Pty Ltd in Glendenning, NSW is seeking an experienced Welder Fitter to join our team. The position involves fitting and welding steel, aluminium and stainless-steel parts using MIG, TIG or ARC processes.

The role is full-time with a salary range of AUD 75,000–AUD 85,000 per year, plus superannuation. Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant trade experience, be able to read drawings and specifications, perform repairs and maintenance, and prepare materials

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a relevant trade.
• Hot work MIG & ARC welding.
• Study drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Perform repair and maintenance.
• Select, clean and prepare material in preparation to fabricate.
• Prepare material for welding, cutting or fabrication.
• Maintain records of work orders and materials used.
• White Card/ General Induction Manual Drivers & Forklift License
• Confined Space Ticket Height Safety Ticket.

Responsibilities

• Fit and weld steel, aluminium and stainless-steel parts using MIG, TIG and ARC processes.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Maintain records of work orders and materials used.
• Ensure safety procedures and tickets are up to date.

Welder Fitter Applications are invited for the full-time position of Welder Fitter with Sydney Maintenance Services Pty Ltd, located in Glendenning, NSW 2761. Sydney Maintenance Services is currently looking for a motivated, hardworking, experienced welder to join its team.

Responsible for fitting and welding steel, aluminium and stainless-steel parts using a MIG, TIG and/or ARC welding process The position offers an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 a year, plus superannuation. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Hot work MIG & ARC welding Study drawings and specifications to determine job requirements Perform repair and maintenance

Select, clean and prepare material in preparation to fabricate Prepare material for welding, cutting or fabrication Maintain records of work orders and materials used
