Stafflink Workforce Management is seeking an experienced Welder/Boilermaker for yard-based work in Wacol, Brisbane. The role covers general welding, fabrication, repairs and maintenance, and requires the ability to work safely in a busy yard environment.

Minimum 38 hours per week with a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The successful applicant will join an Indigenous-owned labour hire specialist committed to a safe and respectful workplace and high-quality workmanship.

Qualificações

• Qualified welder/boilermaker with relevant experience.
• Experience in general fabrication, welding and repairs.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

About the Role

• General welding and boilermaking duties
• Fabrication, repairs and maintenance as required
• Assisting with general yard work and daily operations
• Using tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Relevant welding / boilermaking qualifications and experience
• Experience with general fabrication, welding and repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanship
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
• Ability to undertake hands-on work in a yard environment
• Reliable transport to and from Wacol
