Job summary

Workforce Success on the Gold Coast invites experienced Welders to join our production team. This is a permanent full-time role with strong demand for skilled fabricators who can read engineering drawings and maintain high weld quality.

Key duties include TIG/MIG welding, fabrication and assembly to drawings, and performing weld tests as part of the interview process. Overtime is available, with progression to upskilling offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder, minimum 2 years.
• Fabrication experience working to engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to complete a weld test as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

• TIG/MIG welding of components and attachments.
• Fabrication and assembly of parts to engineering drawings.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings/specs.
• Grinding, cleaning, and preparation of materials.
• Maintaining weld quality and workshop safety standards.
