Qualifications

  • Knowledge of various welding techniques/materials.
  • Familiarity with building codes/regulations/safety standards.
  • Strong communication/collaboration/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors.

  • Weld metal parts together using the appropriate welding techniques and methods.
  • Ensure that all welds meet quality standards and inspect finished products for defects.
  • Monitor and maintain welding equipment, tools, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with other team members including construction supervisors, engineers, architects.
  • Work in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
