Job summary

Ritchie Consulting Group in Brisbane is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to client sites, install and service weighbridges and platform scales, and commission new equipment.

The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, fault-finding ability, and good presentation and communication skills; you will work autonomously and support customers across the region. A base salary with a company vehicle and tools is provided.

Weighbridge Scales - Field Service Technician

Leading Manufacturer and supplier of industrial weighing equipment.

Permanent, Full-time role with a base salary + fully maintained company vehicle + tools of the trade.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in all things mechanical, who wants out of the workshop and on the road, meeting fresh faces and working on varying equipment.

Permanent, full-time role based in the Acacia Ridge and on client sites.

Get your hands dirty Setting-up, commissioning and installing weighing equipment such as weighbridges and platform scales.

Travel to customers all over Brisbane.

Train & guide customers on the use of hardware and software products.

Utilise your strong mechanical aptitude; welding, grinding, fitting and turning.

The Successful Applicant:

• Must be able to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
• Must be currently based in Australia with full working rights.
