Job summary

Adbri Quarries invites an experienced administrator to join our Fernvale site as an Administrator / Weighbridge Operator. This full-time role focuses on general administration, customer service, and sales support at the weighbridge, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic quarry environment.

The role requires a proactive, safety-conscious individual who can handle multi-tasking in a busy setting and work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or administration.
• Sensitive to customers’ needs and can develop positive customer relationships.
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks and organise your work effectively in a busy environment.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work self-directed and in a team.
• Reliable with a positive work ethic.
• Comfortable working with computer and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administration duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Take customer orders and process sales.
• Provide sales support at our automated weighbridge.
