Job summary

ISS is seeking enthusiastic Contact Centre/Customer Service Representatives in Sydney for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm–11:15pm) with remote work option, plus mandatory 5 days of paid in-office training at Macquarie Park. You will handle calls, emails, and portal inquiries, delivering exceptional client care under KPI targets.

Reporting to the National Contact Centre Team Leader, the role requires an outgoing, customer‑focused individual who can build trust with clients and work

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact/call centre environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Outlook.
• Current National Police Check issued within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality contact centre services for clients and employees.
• Be the first point of contact for building maintenance and coordinate contractor services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, tradespeople and internal staff.
• Ensure all service calls are completed within contract KPI targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes affecting customer experience.
• Adhere to ISS policies and procedures.
