Arcare Hope Island is seeking a Weekend Head Chef to lead the kitchen, plan menus, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety for residents on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.

The role requires a Certificate III/IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and Food Safety Supervisor Certification, with a collaborative, adaptable leadership style to manage staff and uphold Arcare's resident-first approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Menu planning and design of nutritious, diverse meals for residents.

• Collaborate with dietitians to analyse nutritional content and balance meals.
