South Bunbury Community Aged Care is opening a brand-new 180-bed aged care home in November 2026 and is seeking a Weekend Chef to join the commissioning team.

You will lead a kitchen team in a state-of-the-art facility, shaping dining experiences and ensuring high quality, restaurant‑grade meals for older residents.

This part-time role offers the chance to influence workflows, menus and food safety during the rollout, with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Current trade qualifications and Food Safety Supervisor qualification (HLTSS00061), issued within the last five years.
• Police check within 12 months.
• Strong knowledge of catering principles and food service operations.
• Experience leading and managing a catering team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to OH&S and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing menus within set budgets.
• Ability to manage clinically required diets.

Responsabilidades
