Confidential Melbourne-based investment and wealth management organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its technology and transformation team. You will drive software implementations, platform migrations and technology-enabled change initiatives from planning through go-live.

You''ll partner with business leaders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver on time, within budget and aligned to strategic objectives in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software implementation and technology projects.
• Strong governance, reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability.
• Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Ability to build credibility across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive software implementation and platform migration from initiation through go-live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules and key milestones.
• Manage project governance, RAID registers and delivery reporting.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners and shared resources.
• Facilitate workshops, project meetings and steering committees.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
