• Proven client services or administrative experience in financial planning.
• Familiarity with Xplan (tasks, file notes, basic modelling).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute recommendations post-SoA/RoA sign-off and follow up with providers to completion.
• Prepare review packs, portfolio reports, fee consent forms, and draft RoAs in Xplan.
• Coordinate client meetings, manage term deposit maturities, track cash balances, and handle routine client queries.
• Maintain Xplan and internal databases with accurate tasks, WIP and compliance notes.
