Job summary

Alto Wealth, a boutique wealth management firm in the Sydney CBD, seeks a Client Services Associate for a part-time hybrid role (2.5-3 days per week) in Sydney NSW 2000. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client support and maintaining accurate records, with opportunities to work partially from home.

You will handle client enquiries, process requests, and assist with reports and presentations, while supporting the Principal and Associate Adviser.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and channels promptly and professionally.
• Process client requests and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with investment administration platforms to resolve issues.
• Prepare client quarterly reports and meeting presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the Principal and Associate Adviser.
• Assist with general office operations and seek efficiencies using AI.
