Job summary

AtFirst Financial is seeking an ambitious Associate Adviser to join our Advice team. You will be the key link between the Adviser, Paraplanning, Client Service teams and our clients, supporting holistic financial planning and client service.

This is an ideal role for early career professionals, offering a structured Professional Year program and a clear pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser. You’ll have opportunities to inherit client books over time and advance within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in an Associate Adviser, Paraplanner, Client Support or similar role.
• At least one year working as an Associate Adviser is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Retirement Planning, Financial Modelling, Superannuation and Investments.
• Experience with SMSFs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisers in holistic and strategic financial planning and investment advice.
• Attend and participate in client meetings with the Advisers.
• Coordinate pre and post meeting action items and tasks.
• Prepare Records of Advice (ROAs) and strategy documents.
• Act as the initial contact for client queries and ensure excellent service.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
