Job summary

FAAA Board, Financial Advice Association of Australia in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a seasoned Financial Adviser to drive client relationships and deliver holistic strategies. Backed by an efficient admin and paraplanning support, you will focus on discovery through implementation while building lasting client value.

You bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience, a FASEA/FAAA-approved degree, and active FAR registration to deliver super, insurance, and SMSF solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar adviser role.
• FAAA-approved degree, national exam passed, and FAR active.
• Proven track record delivering holistic financial advice including super, insurance, and SMSF strategies.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-booked discovery meetings to diagnose client needs and opportunities.
• Manage the client sales pipeline from discovery through to SOA implementation.
• Partner with paraplanning to formulate compliant, high-impact financial strategies.
• Act as a trusted adviser with regular plan reviews and relationship management.
• Connect clients with internal teams (lending, property) to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
• Ensure all advice aligns with best-interest duties and regulatory frameworks.
