Job summary

Nationwide Crane Hire is seeking experienced Crane Operators (minimum C6 licence) to join our teams at Baringa and Kallangur depots. You will operate slewing mobile cranes, Frannas and other mobile cranes in a safety-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of mobile crane experience, HR licence, Construction White Card, and a commitment to safe lifting practices. Join a family-owned business delivering lifting solutions across South East Queensland and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum C6 High Risk Work Licence (C1 or C0 highly regarded).
• Minimum 2 years' proven mobile crane operating experience.
• Experience operating slewing mobile cranes, Frannas or other mobile cranes.
• Current HR Driver's Licence.
• Construction White Card.
• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices.
• Reliable, safety-focused and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility with working hours to meet operational requirements.

Nationwide Crane Hire is growing and we're looking for experienced Crane Operators (minimum C6 licence) to join our crews at our Baringa and Kallangur depots.

We're after skilled, reliable operators who know their equipment, take pride in their work and understand what it takes to get the job done safely.

Whether you're behind the controls of a Franna or a large All Terrain crane, if you've got solid operating experience and a great attitude, we want you on our team!

THE ROLE

No two days are the same at Nationwide Crane Hire!

You'll be working across a variety of projects, operating mobile cranes and working alongside our experienced rigging and operations crews.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely operating slewing mobile cranes, Frannas and other mobile cranes within your qualifications and experience.

Working closely with our Operations team, riggers and site personnel.

Completing daily pre-start inspections and equipment checks.

Maintaining cranes to a high standard.

Following lift plans, SWMS and site safety procedures.

Delivering professional, reliable service to our clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for experienced operators who can hit the ground running.

Minimum C6 High Risk Work Licence (C1 or C0 highly regarded).

Minimum 2 years' proven mobile crane operating experience.

Experience operating slewing mobile cranes, Frannas or other mobile cranes.

Current HR Driver's Licence.

Construction White Card.

Flexibility with working hours to meet operational requirements.

Highly regarded:

Experience across multiple crane types.

Dogging and Rigging qualifications.

Working at Heights and Electrical Awareness training.
