Job summary

Strategic Spaces is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator – Wayfinding & Signage to join our team in Brisbane. You will coordinate design projects, support client relationships, and ensure delivery from strategy through to documentation.

This permanent full-time role offers a salary of $80,000 – $100,000 plus super, commensurate with experience, with opportunities across Australia and regular travel to Melbourne to collaborate with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wayfinding, signage or related design fields.
• Experience in design studios or project-based environments.
• Knowledge of wayfinding strategy and branded environments.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; financial literacy.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and project documents.
• Familiarity with CAD or other design software is desirable.
• Degree in Design, Architecture, PM, or Business required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple wayfinding and signage projects across design stages.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships with high service levels.
• Coordinate inputs, deliverables, approvals, meetings and deadlines with designers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, priorities and milestones.
• Assist with client meetings, workshops and presentations.
• Coordinate development and review of design documentation and schedules.
• Liaise with architects, interior designers and consultants to integrate wayfinding.
• Support creative, technical coordination and issue resolution to protect timelines.
• Assist with project delivery and studio administration, including budgets and proposals.
