Job summary

Colorcorp is seeking a Design & Project Coordinator in Brisbane to manage signage and visual communication projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate design, prepress, production, suppliers and installers to keep work on time, on budget and to standard.

You will work closely with Project Managers, ensure accurate artwork, prepare production-ready files, and maintain thorough project documentation. Strong organisation and communication are essential to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in signage, graphic design, print, prepress or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of artwork preparation, signage products and production processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create site specifications and design concepts from brief
• Coordinate projects from approved quotation through to installation and completion
• Oversight of prepress and Enfocus, including exceptions and custom workflows
• Support the Project Managers with coordination and customer communication
• Prepare and check production-ready artwork, including design and artwork support where required
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors and installers, ensuring accurate project information is provided
• Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals and reporting
• Identify and escape WHS risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards
