Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action seeks a Project Officer to support Regional Waterway Programs. You will help deliver projects under the Victorian Waterway Management Strategy, coordinating with catchment authorities, Melbourne Water and First Nations partners.

Hybrid work arrangements apply; ongoing full-time role based in Melbourne with a focus on stakeholder engagement, program tools and guidance to protect and improve Victoria’s waterways.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in science, natural resource management, environmental management or related field.
• Public sector experience is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of projects that implement the Victorian Waterway Management Strategy.
• Coordinate with catchment management authorities, Melbourne Water and other stakeholders to deliver priority programs.
