Qualifications

• Experience leading crews/programs in Natural Resource Management, Civil, Construction/Maintenance environments.
• Leadership of a team/program with multiple demands/complex work and triage-related decision making.
• Sound governance and financial management knowledge.
• Ability to ensure safety of all team members on site.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and manage delivery of waterway, drainage and catchment programs across delivery mechanisms to achieve service outcomes.
• Assist and lead continuous improvement with asset management and operations to meet safety, asset performance, customer, regulatory and financial objectives.
• Oversee financial management (actuals, accruals and forecasting) across sub-region budgets.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring and technical support to team members.
