Job summary

Ben Calcutt Waterproofing on the Gold Coast is seeking a fully qualified waterproofer to join our growing team. This permanent casual role offers ongoing work across residential and commercial projects and a negotiable hourly rate based on experience.

We require a certificate III in waterproofing or equivalent (or 4+ years experience), with strong knowledge of Australian standards. Own transport and tools, reliable and punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.

Qualified Waterproofer - Gold Coast QLD
Permanent Casual + Super | Negotiable Hourly Rate

We are a growing waterproofing company based on the Gold Coast QLD, and we’re looking for a hard-working fully qualified Waterproofer to join our team.

About the Role:

Casual position with regular ongoing work (we have current large scale jobs booked in until the end of 27 and plan on expanding from there)

Hourly rate negotiable based on experience

Superannuation paid in addition to wages

Work across residential and commercial projects

What We’re Looking For:

• A fully qualified waterproofer (Certificate III in Waterproofing or equivalent) or a waterproofer with at least 4 years experience
• Must be confident with product choices and the Australian standards
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality workmanship
• Own transport and full set of tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
