Job summary

AustCorp Executive is partnering with a rapidly growing company in the water and wastewater industry to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This hands-on role has end-to-end ownership of design and construct projects focused on water treatment infrastructure for municipal and utility clients.

You will report to the Director, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedule, budget, quality and client outcomes from design through to commissioning and handover, while upholding WHS, quality and

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Background in water/wastewater projects with 5+ years experience preferred.
• Experience progressing projects from design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project delivery from start to finish, on time and on budget.
• Direct project crews, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants on site.
• Build and track programmes, cost plans, forecasts and reports.
• Act as main client contact and manage regulators and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risk, commercial exposure and contract requirements.
• Uphold WHS, quality and environmental standards throughout.
• Maintain accurate project records, procurement docs and plans.
• Spot problems early and drive timely resolutions.
• Coach team members and foster a high-performing culture.
