Job summary

City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Project Manager Water & Waste to lead critical capital projects shaping the Coffs Coast’s future. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate diverse teams and partners, and drive value for the community.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour week, flexible work arrangements, and a brand-new office at Yarrila Place. You’ll join a collaborative team delivering sustainable, reliable water and waste services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure projects and achieving successful outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder and contract management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in civil, water, wastewater or waste infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of essential water and waste capital projects from concept through to delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders, technical specialists and delivery partners to turn ideas into infrastructure.
• Provide end-to-end project ownership and foster collaboration with the team.
