Job summary

Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking an experienced Water Reuse Manager to oversee recycled water and biosolids programs. This role will provide technical leadership and strategic direction to ensure compliant service delivery across various community interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in environmental or agricultural sciences, along with proven experience in leading relevant projects, effective communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recycled water and biosolids programs.
• Demonstrated capability in agricultural management operations.
• High‑level capability to analyse operational data and develop reports.
• Experience leading projects from planning through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead recycled water storage and distribution operations.
• Provide strategic guidance to maximise beneficial reuse.
• Coordinate irrigation strategies for Council and external users.
• Oversee plantation monitoring and silviculture programs.
• Manage operational and capital program delivery.
