Job summary

Interflow in Bendigo is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to plan and schedule construction activities, monitor progress and resolve issues. You will supervise resources, coordinate personnel and equipment, and provide financial planning and reporting input while maintaining knowledge of allocated contracts.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will join a team including Project Coordinators, Supervisors and Field Crew.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing construction-based projects.
• Strong technical skills and problem solving ability.
• Exposure to rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater or potable water networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and resolve on-site problems.
• Supervise and coordinate resources including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Provide financial assessments and information for planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of allocated contracts.
