Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Section Leader for Water Infrastructure (VIC, TAS, SA). You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure high-quality project delivery, and engage strategically with clients while shaping the future direction of our Water Business across ANZ.

Based in VIC or SA, this hybrid role emphasizes inclusion, coaching, and continuous improvement, with strong emphasis on safety and delivering value to communities.

• Ability to translate client needs into high-value solutions.
• Strong networks within the local Water Infrastructure sector in ANZ.

• Lead the Water Infrastructure business across VIC, TAS and SA.
• Provide team leadership, operational oversight and strategic client engagement.
• Develop people, foster collaboration, and drive project delivery.
• Collaborate with the broader ANZ Water leadership to grow capability.
