Job summary

Wingecarribee Shire Council is seeking a Water Crew Member to deliver inspection, maintenance and construction of water reticulation assets. The role includes 38 hours per week with a rostered day off every fortnight and opportunities for overtime, with a competitive salary plus 12% superannuation.

You will work to planned and reactive programs, engage with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory standards are met while supporting community water services in the NSW Southern Highlands.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and solve problems.
• Familiarity with digital work schedules and field productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inspection, testing, maintenance, operation and construction of water reticulation assets.
• Work to planned and reactive programs to meet service delivery and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and assist community members as needed.
• Utilise tools and equipment for maintenance and construction activities.
