Job summary

Glencore Australia at McArthur River Mine is seeking motivated Water Cart Operators to join our mining team on a FIFO 2/2 roster. The role requires experience with Water Carts in mining or civil environments and a current driver’s license.

You will operate heavy machinery safely, support 12-hour shift cycles, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused culture in a remote site setting in the Northern Territory.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Water Carts in mining or civil environments.
• Experience with 777 or 785D is highly desirable.
• Must hold a current driver's license.

We are looking for motivated, experienced Water Cart Operators to join our mining team.

About you:

• Committed to safety and the professional operation of heavy machinery.
• Able to reliably work 12-hour day and night shifts on a FIFO 2/2 roster (ex Darwin).
• Physically able and comfortable working in a remote and physically demanding environment.
• Experience operating Water Cart's in a mining or Civil environment, experience with 777 or 785D are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team focus.
• Respectful and able to positively contribute to MRM’s culture.
• Hold a current driver’s licence.
