Job summary
Achieve Dreamtime is seeking a reliable Wash Bay Labourer for a short-term assignment in Townsville, supporting a busy plant hire company. You will inspect returned hire gear, wash and pressure clean equipment, refuel as needed and assist tradespeople with maintenance tasks in a hands-on team environment.
Ideal candidates will have a White Card, reliable transport and a proven record of punctual attendance.

Achieve Dreamtime are currently seeking a Wash Bay Labourer for a short-term assignment in Townsville, supporting a busy plant hire company. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working around plant and hire equipment.
Duties will include:
- Inspecting returned hire equipment (pre & post hire checks)
- Washing / pressure cleaning equipment in the wash bay
- Refuelling equipment as required
- Assisting tradespeople with general maintenance and servicing support
- Entering basic maintenance / inspection information into the system
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 3:00pm
$36 per hour
Most likely through to December(subject to workload)
To be considered, you must have:
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Reliable transportto get to and from site
- A strong track record ofreliability & attendance(turning up on time, every day)
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for simple data entry (preferred)
