Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a Warehouse All-Rounder to support freight forwarding operations. You will load/unload containers, use RF scanners, label and sort freight, and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday, ability to pass criminal history and drug tests, and a team-focused, safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or freight handling.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (Mon–Sun).
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check and Drug & Alcohol Test.
• Willingness to obtain an ASIC.
• Safety-focused and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bulk containers safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track and update freight movements.
• Label, sort, and organise freight and parcels by size, destination and priority.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control, and keeping workspace clean.
• Conduct basic quality control checks to ensure freight integrity.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth operations.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

About the Role

We’re looking for Warehouse All-Rounders to help keep freight moving efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:

• Loading and unloading bulk containers safely and efficiently

• Labelling, sorting, and organising freight and parcels according to size, destination, and priority
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stock replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Conducting basic quality control checks to ensure freight integrity
• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What You’ll Bring
