Job summary

Concept Management Group Australia is hiring a Warehouse All-Rounder for a full-time, day shift role in Huntingwood, NSW. You will operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts, pick and move stock, receivals and production support, with RF scanning and stock checks throughout the shift.

The role requires an LF forklift licence and solid warehouse experience with attention to detail. Immediate start and stable hours are offered, with potential for permanent placement after probation.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach forklifts and Counterbalance forklifts.

Warehouse All-Rounder / High Reach Forklift Operator

WAREHOUSE ALLROUNDER – LF FORKLIFT

$36–$38/hr | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Huntingwood

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Allrounder who is confident on both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts and happy working across the full warehouse operation. This is not a forklift-only role. You’ll be involved in forklift work, picking, receivals, stock movement, replenishment and supplying materials to production.

• 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm

THE ROLE

• Operating High Reach forklifts
• Operating Counterbalance forklifts
• Picking materials for production
• Put-away and replenishment
• Receiving incoming stock
• Loading and unloading trucks
• RF scanning
• Checking SKUs, batch numbers and quantities
• Cycle counts and stock checks
• General warehouse duties
• Supporting production when required

WHAT WE NEED

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Recent High Reach and Counterbalance experience
• Solid warehouse experience
• Good picking and stock-control skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance
• Comfortable working both on and off the forklift
• Full Monday–Friday availability

Experience in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or another stock-controlled environment will be highly regarded, but it is not essential. What matters most is that you are a reliable warehouse operator who understands stock, can operate both forklifts confidently and is prepared to get involved across the whole operation.
