Job summary

BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join the Eagle Farm, QLD team. This full-time, permanent role supports production of high-quality steel products and focuses on safety and accuracy.

On-the-job training is provided; duties include operating machinery, forklifts, packing, and quality checks. We offer overtime, public holiday pay, and a quarterly bonus, with shifts across day and afternoon times and a 20% afternoon loading allowance.

The Opportunity

BlueScope Distributionis looking for aWarehouse Team Memberto join the teambased inEagle Farm, QLD. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. What We Offer

These full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly rate (pre-tax) starting from$1,209.54(not including loading or allowances), plus superannuation. You’ll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus. Our operations run5 days a week, with opportunities acrossday and afternoon shifts. Afternoon shift attracts a20% shift loading allowance.

Shift times include:

• Afternoon shift:2:00pm – 10:00 pm

What Will You Do?

In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered – on time, every time.

Your day-to-day work can include:

• supporting and promoting a safe working environment
• operating machinery to process and manufacture our products
• operating equipment such as forklift and cranes
• packing, strapping, and checking products for quality

The role involves manual handling and lifting, as well as working in a manufacturing environment where noise and seasonal temperature changes are expected. We provide the training, support and equipment you need to work safely and successfully.
